how-to-be-happyIs there a secret to those who always want to hide? Not at all. You have only a negative in positive. Here are several ways to be more joy and less negativity in their lives. 

* Take care of yourself physically. It is much easier to be optimistic, if you eat well, exercise and enough sleep. 

* Be thankful. Tensions and problems did not seem so terrible, if you remember things in life. 

* Do not assume. Do not waste time worrying that there’s anything wrong, unless there is evidence that there is something to fear. 

* Do not use absolutes. Thinking and speaking in absolutes like ‘always’ and’ never ‘makes the situation seem worse than it is. 

* Think positively. Your thoughts can not have any power over you if you do not judge. If even one negative thought, the allocation of IT, vehicles, and not follow it. 

* Get up and hugged. Positive physical contact with friends, loved ones and even pets, is an instant pick-me-up. 

* Increase your social activities. Surround yourself with healthy, happy people, and their positive energy will affect you in a positive way! 

* Volunteers. Everyone feels good after helping. You can volunteer your time, money or resources. The more positive energy in the world you get. 

* Do not emphasize the negative. It is not productive, because it is not rational or solution-that is excessive concern. Try changing your physical environment – go for a walk or sit. You can also use a friend, take a book, or turn on some music. 

The practice is, in fact, make perfect. It was not long before these features will be automatic. To look back and see how far you have come. They have become one of the people in the “secret” of happiness.
