We all want to have that thin, sexy body we see on the covers of magazines and on television. However, no matter how hard we try it seems there are so many factors working against our attainment of the perfect physique.
Our metabolism slows down as we age, healthy foods are often time-consuming to prepare, personal trainers and gym memberships are expensive, and of course genetics are not always on our side. Just always remember if you don’t have the will and the determination to finish the exercise program you will not get the results you want.
